It was meant to be a morning of birthday laughter…

but August 6, 2021 became the day a mother’s world turned to ashes.
Before sunrise, a fire swept through the home where Sabrina Dunigan’s five children slept.

She ran barefoot into the flames, screaming their names, burning her skin, refusing to stop — “I have to save my babies!”
But none survived. Five little souls… gone on their mother’s birthday.
The community gathered with candles and teddy bears, honoring a dancer, an artist, a shy giggler, a protector, and a baby who never left her side.
Today, Sabrina prays to them — imagining them laughing, holding hands, waiting in heaven.
