On May 7, 2019, chaos broke out at STEM School Highlands Ranch.
Fear rushed through hallways. Panic filled the air.

But when danger came, he didn’t run or hide.He ran toward it.

In the face of unthinkable terror, he chose courage. He fought to stop the shooter, placing himself between harm and his classmates — buying them precious seconds to escape. Those seconds saved lives. They became his final gift to the world: others before himself.

He never made it home that day.
He never got to walk across the stage with his classmates.
His future was taken far too soon.

But his school made sure his story did not end in silence.
